Her perspective has been shaped by years of work in nonprofit development and higher education, and by a persistent curiosity about how people, relationships, systems and purpose interact.
Current+Flow grew from years of noticing—particularly the space between what an organization believes is happening and what people experience while doing the work.
JillAnn does not enter an organization assuming she knows what is wrong, or that something is wrong at all. She begins by observing, getting close to the work and listening from more than one place in the ecosystem.
She created Current+Flow as a place to explore what those observations might teach us—and, together, what might become possible from there.
FRITZI BITSY GAMBLE

Fritzi is the Ecosystem & Joy Stabilizer of Current+Flow Studio, known for her uncanny ability to read a room before anyone speaks. She notices shifts, senses when something feels unsettled, and has a way of bringing people back to grounded connection simply by being present. Her gift is softening tension, putting people at ease, and reminding us that sometimes the smallest shift can change the flow.
Playful, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the humans around her, Fritzi brings curiosity, confidence, and just enough mischief to the work. She is a steady reminder that the humanity of the work includes joy — and that sometimes what an ecosystem needs most is a moment of connection, a little play, or a perfectly timed nuzzle. She may be the smallest member of Current+Flow, but she is quite certain she is the most important.
