JillAnn has spent her career across higher education and nonprofit organizations, where she developed an instinct for noticing what others often feel but haven’t yet been able to name. She is a builder by nature — curious about how work actually happens, where it moves, where it doesn’t, and what may be shaping the current. Her strength is creating clarity without blame and space for people to share what they observe.
As Founder & Flow Strategist, she brings lived experience, deep pattern recognition, and a steady, grounded presence to every engagement. She believes in the humanity of the work and that organizations already hold much of the wisdom they need. Through shared observation, curiosity, and attention to proximal reality, she co-architects with organizations to bring perspectives together, see their ecosystem more clearly and create the conditions for healthier flow.
FRITZI BITSY GAMBLE
Ecosystem & Joy Stabilizer
Fritzi is the Ecosystem & Joy Stabilizer of Current+Flow Studio, known for her uncanny ability to read a room before anyone speaks. She notices shifts, senses when something feels unsettled, and has a way of bringing people back to grounded connection simply by being present. Her gift is softening tension, putting people at ease, and reminding us that sometimes the smallest shift can change the flow.
Playful, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the humans around her, Fritzi brings curiosity, confidence, and just enough mischief to the work. She is a steady reminder that the humanity of the work includes joy — and that sometimes what an ecosystem needs most is a moment of connection, a little play, or a perfectly timed nuzzle. She may be the smallest member of Current+Flow, but she is quite certain she is the most important.
